Community Investment Services, Inc. (CISI) offers securities through INVEST Financial Corporation, which provides financial services to the customers of Community Bank, N.A. in New York and through our affiliate, First Liberty Investment Services at First Liberty Bank & Trust branches in P.A.

Each of our Financial Consultants is Series 7 & 63 licensed and life, health, and variable licensed by the New York State/Pennsylvania  Dept. of Insurance.   CISI encourages and promotes professional excellence by our Financial Consultants; many of which have obtained their Series 65 license, ChFC and/or CFP designations as well.
