Community Investment Services, Inc. (CISI) is a full service broker/dealer which provides financial services to the customers of Community Bank, N.A. in New York and through our affiliate, First Liberty Investment Services at First Liberty Bank & Trust branches in P.A. 

 

Our aim is to service our clients with a professional, attentive demeanor while providing a complete range of products and services to meet all of their financial services needs.

 

Each of our Financial Consultants is Series 7 & 63 licensed and life, health, and variable licensed by the New York State/Pennsylvania  Dept. of Insurance.   CISI encourages and promotes professional excellence by our Financial Consultants; many of which have obtained their Series 65 license, ChFC and/or CFP designations as well.

 

Financial Consultants are supported in the field by our Customer Service Department located in Lockport, NY.  This qualified team of licensed representatives provides complete back office support for our CISI Financial Consultants.  Additionally, they handle all forms of servicing questions and transactions for CISI Financial Consultants, bank branch personnel, or the customers directly.
