Joseph M. Topichak is an experienced Wealth Management Specialist who offers each client individual attention and custom tailored financial plans. With a client list that includes individuals, families and small businesses, his comprehensive approach covers all aspects of each financial portfolio including budget, capital management and insurance.

Joseph has several years’ experience as a financial advisor specializing in life insurance, estate planning and investment strategies. He received a B.S. degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and currently holds Life/Accident/Health license, Series 6, Series 63 and Series 7 securities registrations through LPL Financial. Proud of his roots in Corning, he remains based in and works with the Corning community.
